KW has an app for that…

My Orders is an app for Android that gives KW customers direct access to details of all open feed contracts, including total volumes still to be delivered, plus the ability to choose delivery dates.

Already planned deliveries are shown alongside the delivery date and allocated haulier. In addition, the app uses live data from KW’s trading pre-emption system (TPS), which predicts estimated future delivery dates according to previous activity.

Each can be converted into a planned delivery within the app by simply selecting or confirming a delivery date.

And if details of any delivery need to be changed, there’s a button to request a call back from KW Customer Support.

To get started, simply download the app from the Google Play store, call KW Customer Support on 01977 686262 for verification, and they’ll quickly link your app to your account.
